"There are many dirty alleys out there. Many seedy bars, overflowing clubs, and run-down bowling alleys. Those who don’t have the dough to bail out or are on the run from law enforcement outnumber straight-edge civvies. In worlds such as these, bounty hunters are crucial and commonplace.

Independent contractors and bail bondsmen hire these hunters to track down the target and apprehend them for a percentage, or cut, of the total bounty. Like-minded bounty hunters conglomerate into septs to heighten their odds of capturing wanted criminals. Starvans rattle about space carrying valuable cargo...  Dead or alive.  

In the dim-bleakness of the far future, there is not much war… but plenty of bounties! W!R:CC10k is not a competitive skirmish game, it is a casual narrative bounty hunter simulator. Please interpret the rules loosely and logically. "
